Join Benny Bleu and Sarah Gorry for a gentle and grounding yoga class. A 45- minute easy-going session followed by a 15-min sit to slowly loosen and relax the body while mellow banjo grooves sweeten the air. Sonic and soulful self-soothing. BYO mat!

This brand new band of seasoned players is getting a nice little buzz going in the Capital Region!
